قدم الصندوق الكويتي للتنمية الاقتصادية العربية قرضا لموريتانيا مقداره 6.0 مليون دينار كويتي أي ما يعادل حوالي 21 مليون دولار أمريكي، وذلك للإسهام في تمويل مشروع عمليات صندوق الإيداع والتنمية.
