اعلنت شركة "كوسموس" عن اكتشاف احتياطات هائلة من الغاز بموريتانيا بعد حفرها لبئر "أحميم2" على بعد 5 كلم من الشواطئ الموريتانية،مما مكن من زيادة الحقل المكتشف من 50 كلم مربع إلى 90 كلم مربع.
