ذكرت مصادر  قريبة من اللجنة المكلفة بالتحضير لمهرجان نواكشوط، الكبير الذي سيترأسه الرئيس محمد ولد عبد العزيز  أنه تقرر تأجيله إلى الثالث من أغسطس القادم ليكون المهرجان الأخير في حملة الاستفتاء

قاد صلاح سيارته التوارق في  شوارع مدينة نواكشوط  متوجها إلى مطعم سافانا كافيه للقاء ثلاثة أشخاص في انتظاره .. توقف صلاح عند الإشارة الضوئية وفي أقل من ثانية فُتح باب السيارة
