خلال أقل من سنة فقدت موريتانيا 5 ضباط سامين من أكثر ضباط جيشها قوة وحضورا وتأثيرا في المشهد، منهم من فارق الحياة بعد تقاعده وابتعاده عن المؤسسة العسكرية، ومنهم من توفي وهو في أوج عطائه وفي الخدمة العسكرية.
