أصبح بمقدور المغرب خوض التصفيات المؤهلة لنسختي كأس أمم افريقيا 2017 و2019 بعدما أيدت محكمة التحكيم الرياضية يوم الخميس طعنا قدمه ضد قرار استبعاده من البطولتين عقب سحب تنظيم نهائيات 2015 منه ونقلها إلى غينيا الاستوائية.

أدى إصطدام ثلاث سيارات ببعضها قبل قليل أمام قيادة أركان الجيوش الموريتانية إلى سقوط بعض الجرحى و إلحاق أضرار كبيرة بالسيارات، و ذلك نتيجة انحراف صهريج لنقل المياه، و اصطدامه بواجهة قيادة أركان الجيوش من جهة قصر العدل.
