شهدت مدينة سيلبابي عملية اختلاس جديدة للأموال العمومية كان ضحيتها هذه المرة صندوق تعاونية للادخار والقرض حيث اختلس أحد المسؤولين بالصندوق 12 مليون أوقية واختفى تماما من المدينة.
