دخلت شخصيات جديدة في حكومة الوزير الأول يحي ولد حدمين بعد التعديل الذي طال بعض الحقائب الوزارية .
وهكذا دخل البروفسير كان وهو جراح ظهر اسمه بعد إشرافه على علاج الرئيس محمد ولد عبد العزيز من الرصاصة الصديقة.
