تعلن وزارة التهذيب الوطني أن الافتتاح المدرسي 2015-2016 تقرر يوم الاثنين 19 أكتوبر 2015 عند الساعة الثامنة صباحا، على أن يكون اختتام العام الدراسي يوم الجمعة 10 يونيو عند نهاية الدروس.

قالت اللجنة الوطنية لمراقبة الأهلة بموريتانيا إنه وبعد التحريات الخاصة برؤية هلال شهر محرم فقد ثبت للجنة أن فاتح العام الهجري الجديد 1437هـ هو يوم الخميس القادم الموافق للخامس عشر من شهر أكتوبر 2015م.
