وصل الرئيس الموريتاني محمد ولد عبد العزيز  مدينة امبيكت لحواش محطته الثالثة من زيارة التفقد والإطلاع التي يقوم بها حاليا لولاية الحوض الشرقي.

اندلع حريق ضخم صباح اليوم الثلاثاء في أكبر مصنع لحفظ وتعليب الأسماك، قرب ميناء الصيادين بالعاصمة الموريتانية نواكشوط، فيما لم تعرف بعد أسباب الحريق.

قال الرئيس الموريتاني محمد ولد عبد العزيز إنه يضع الحوار مع المعارضة ضمن أولوياته، ولكنه تأخر بسبب ما قال إنه "انشغال المعارضة بالحوار فيما بينها"، على حد تعبيره.
