 طلبت وزارة العدل من مجلس الشيوخ الموريتاني تزويدها بنظامه الداخلي، وذلك عقب تلقيها رسالة من المجلس يطالب فيها بتطبيق الفقرة الأخيرة من المادة: 50 من الدستور الموريتاني، وتعليق اعتقال عضو المجلس محمد ولد غده.
