تمكنت شرطة مفوضية عرفات1 يوم أمس من توقيف صاحب سوابق يعرف بالشيخ"كينكوه" وذلك على خلفية قيامه بأعمال سطو وتهديد واغتصاب في المقاطعة، حيث أصبح يشكل هاجس خوف ورعب للساكنة..
