بدأ رئيس الجمهورية  محمد ولد عبد العزيز قبل لحظات المؤتمر الصحفي بالقصر الرئاسي بنواكشوط الذي استدعي له عدد من الصحافة الوطنية من المؤسسات الإعلامية الرسمية والخاصة.

واستهل رئيس الجمهورية كلمته بشكر سكان ولايات الحوضين ومساندتهم لمشروع الحكومة وبرنامجه ورؤيته لموريتانيا .

وحضر اللقاء عدد من الوزراء الذين كانو مع رئيس الجمهورية خلال زيارته للحوضين الشرقي والغربي.
